Great team, people cared about the work they did and the brand. Company was very employee focused and you felt appreciated. People believed in the products and you could feel that in the work being done. Decent PTO. Decent benefits.

Cons

Annual layoffs, forcing employees to move to Chicagoland or lose your job. When the market gets tough their first instinct is layoffs and price increases. Elimination of remote work positions. Below market compensation. Nick Fink
