Nick Fink. Managers, board members and c-suite that champion a tone deaf and egomaniac of a CEO. Benefits that are seemingly great until you try to use them. Never knowing how or when you could possibly get a promotion or compensation review. Annual layoffs. Zero transparency with corporate reform or decisions. That thing where they hired hundreds of employees weeks before shutting down satellite offices and eliminating remote work. Giving employees less than 2 months to commit to relocation. The most epic self-selection layoff, months after an actual layoff.
