Amazing benefits and pay, flexibility, remote-work, and a clear mission and vision for the company. C-suite is transparent and communication is great. I've worked here for 7 years and love seeing individuals grow in their careers and move between divisions and roles. Lots of opportunities for growth and gaining different career experiences. Very team oriented, roll up your sleeves and get it done type culture. They are taking strong steps to increase diversity, equity, and inclusion in the organization. They have invested a good deal of money into programming and created ERGs, training for leaders. Highly recommend as a great place to work.
Cons
Very professional and polished environment, which isn't a con, but definitely a cultural call out. As someone who can be very colloquial in speaking, need to maintain some polish to a level and "know your audience."
