Completed a merger so compensation should increase

Poor culture in Oklahoma. It is a sad situation in OK. Many long term auditors have left in the last 6 months, including a senior manager, director and managing director. They have primarily left due to a poor culture that only rewards partners. Partners in OK do not align to firm values and are misogynistic. They routinely admit lower pay but indicate it’s worth it for the opportunity to be a partner in the future and stability. When individuals leave they don’t tell them if the good of the firm but rather use the tactic of fear in trying to insinuate they will be laid off in other jobs.
