Pros

Forward Palooza!!! --- Two times a year the company brings all US and Canadian employees to Boston for a few days of fun, collaboration, and celebrating company/individual wins! I really couldn't think of anything better than having the flexibility of working remotely from anywhere, and then getting two trips to Boston a year to connect with my team! The office is gorgeous, the people are fun, and the People and Culture team does an amazing job of putting on a great few days for the crew!

Cons

None that I can think of!

Thank you for sharing - we love hearing how much Forward Palooza means to our team! Bringing all of our U.S. and Canadian employees together in Boston twice a year is one of the most important investments we make in our culture. It’s a chance to step away from the day-to-day, celebrate wins, strengthen connections, and have some fun together. And a big shoutout to our People & Culture team for making Palooza such a memorable experience each time! We’re also glad you enjoy the flexibility of remote work paired with these in-person moments - it’s exactly the balance we aim for. We truly appreciate your feedback and are so happy to hear the impact these events have on you and the team!

We love reading this - thank you for sharing! Palooza is such an important part of our culture, and we’re excited that this year we were able to include a Red Sox game as part of the experience. We embrace the “work hard, play hard” mindset - whether that’s tackling big goals together or battling it out in a cornhole match - so it’s great to hear that you enjoyed bonding with your coworkers and meeting new faces. We also appreciate your advice on polling the team for future outings. Getting input directly from employees helps us plan events that everyone can get excited about, and we’ll keep that in mind as we continue organizing ways to bring people together. Thanks so much for your feedback - and we'll see you at our next Palooza before you know it!

Thank you for taking the time to share about your experience! We’re glad to hear you feel supported by the culture, growth opportunities, and remote work flexibility here. As you noted, our fast growth means we’re welcoming lots of new team members, and it can sometimes feel like a challenge to keep up. That’s why we prioritize and invest in bringing all of our U.S. and Canadian employees together in our Boston office - with the sole focus of building connections, strengthening collaboration, and making sure our community continues to feel close-knit as we scale. We really appreciate your feedback - it helps us keep improving as we grow. Thanks for being part of the Forward team!
