Forward is an amazing place to work if you value a mission-driven, high-performing, and transparent culture. The leadership team is committed to both the success of the business and the people driving it forward. If you’re passionate about making an impact and pushing yourself to grow, this is the place for you. We have truly great leadership, the company has hired some really strong leaders over that six months and I think is setting us up for a lot of growth and success. When companies add more leaders, you end up hearing less from them. The leadership here has increases the avenues to understand what is going on within the business, why things are changing, and make a diligent effort to address head on things top of mind in the company.
