Pros

I joined Forward Financing last year as a temporary employee. The company was growing month over month and asked me join as a full time employee. From the time I joined as a temp, to today, I have loved my experience at Forward Financing. We have a diverse culture and an amazing group across all teams. Other things I love are all the company events Forward Financing puts on, the paid volunteer days and the opportunity to learn and grow.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind here. An area they continue to work on is communication across the various departments.

Since day 1, I have had a very positive experience. I have felt right at home since joining the company. The on-boarding process was very well executed and blew my expectations out of the water. The environment and culture boasts collaboration and team-work, which is something unlike any prior work experience. The entire team prides itself on the culture here which makes coming to work everyday very enjoyable. The work is challenging and I can feel a direct impact of my contribution even with in the first few months which has been rewarding. The company is also growing and has recently upgraded its office location. From company events to the generous compensation and benefits, I could not be happier.
