Pros
- outstanding culture of collaboration, debate, learning and accomplishment - high expectations coupled with plenty of room to own projects end to end and make a real impact - mission driven (truly, more than anywhere else I've ever worked) - on a path to fundamentally change healthcare and impact literally billions of people - full time in person (in a world of online interactions, this is just plain good for us as human beings!) - dynamic team structures that create opportunities for a broad experience across teams
Cons
- the weekly evening staff meeting is super engaging and has a real positive culture impact, but sometimes the timing is difficult to fit into my personal life
