Business Outlook
Pros
There were tons of great families, and my coworkers and I truly bonded. Plus, training was extensive so I was never nervous about lesson plans or anything like that.
Cons
Your classes would overlap in a way that as one ended another would begin, but you weren’t supposed to end the first class even a minute early, yet we needed to talk to parents... it was hard to balance. Also, some parents were insane.
