Pros
The starting pay is $14 but based on parent and manager evaluations as well as training, you can get $.50 raises very quickly. You can make up to $18 as an instructor. If you sub for someone, get an extra dollar per hour as well. Working weekdays base pay is $14 and weekends is $16. You can change your schedule each session (summer, fall, etc). so it's really flexible.
Cons
If you're not outgoing, you feel a little out of place.
