      Pros

      Awesome team of instructors and managers who live and breathe chlorine together to deliver best swimming lessons in Twin Cities area. Pay is competitive and pay raises are available after each session depending on performance. Hands down the best training program for instructors. Managers help to achieve the best scores on parent and manager evaluations.

      Cons

      The biggest con is getting all kinds of viruses that kids transmit. You will also loose voice more than once. Physically demanding job. You better be in shape to keep moving in the water for hours.

      Everything! Great pay, great people, great fun!

      Cons

      Nothing! The families are excited to be there, managers are nice, top notch facilities, president is a good guy, methodology works even with the most timid children to the most advanced swimmers, can't say enough about this place and what a great company Foss swim school is.

      The people that you work with are amazing and the starting pay is great. There are many opportunities to advance

      Cons

      There are a lot of trainings and the job can be very stressful at times. You are working with children, so you have to be happy and smiling 100000% of the time regardless of what happened during your day and that can be challenging at times.
