There are a lot of trainings and the job can be very stressful at times. You are working with children, so you have to be happy and smiling 100000% of the time regardless of what happened during your day and that can be challenging at times.

its hard to get a big raise quick. you are evaluated by management, but mostly parents evaluate you which determines if you get a raise - only some of their management is rude and condescending. i suspected those who were felt threatened I was in competition with them for their jobs. I was not i am in school and focus my ambitious attitudes there - Sometimes management lies( not all, but one weird employee did. maybe i should have reported that. )
