Unfair treatment, never fix any of the trucks, its always going to be your fault never the office, no one ever stays always training new people, they play favorites, unfair pay, office never knows what's going on and are just a bunch of yes men, have you do unsafe stuff against the rules just to get the job done

Pay Professionalism Hire more Get certification faster than years from promise date. Pay for training so I don’t have to work full time and go to school over night just to get my cdl.
