      If you like not being home and at work the overtime is great but the last year they were getting tight on overtime also and complaining that we should move faster to finish order building attend to will call orders customer do inventory counts for the week and monitor showroom for stocking and dusting and train incoming personnel not having any kind of knowledge of items sold to manufacturing customers triple working with correcting orders and reexplaining order picking for cement, lath and drywall orders

      Overtime /hiring inexperienced employees having to do thier work plus ours no set job so everyone would have specifics and everything could run accordingly

      Hands off Management if you can self manage

      Cons

      Unrealistic change management structure. Unwilling to add and promote people to address the desired strategic growth. Smoke and mirrors to protect a small batch of top management who fear exposure to lack of knowledge to get the job done. One more round of capital equity and failed initiative launches and CEO will finally have to roll some heads and restructure the leadership.
