Plenty of opportunities for overtime. If you're in an area that is growing and building, you should have decent job security.

Cons

Nepotism is blatant in upper levels, leading to some bad eggs staying in power. Cronyism and back-stabbing are rampant, so don't trust anyone to have your back.
