Freedoms afforded if you push for them. Free food.

Cons

Lack of performance reviews or raises. Nepotism and favoring. Higher ups can be brutal at times even if not in your department. Protect yourself and realize you can be fired whenever. Only way to get more is to leave or say you're leaving.
