      Jessica Smalls was an excellent instructor! She encouraged me and I passed my exam. She is very pleasant and is very helpful

      Pros

      Team is generally OK but heavily reliant on external work & if that’s slow you’re basically doing nothing all day.

      Cons

      Very minimal onboarding & training. You’re essentially told to go watch some videos & do some modules that they didn’t even make. You’re then expected to full efficient & ready for client work.

Across all of our programs, we provide several weeks of detailed, instructor-led training in a classroom-style environment where associates can ask questions and learn alongside their peers. Following training, there is a nesting period where trainers offer real-time support during live calls. Even after transitioning fully to production, Coaches remain available to answer questions and provide guidance in real time.
