There are a number of different opportunities available to all of our employees, depending on what you would like to achieve and where you would like to progress or develop. Our absence policies and procedures have recently been reviewed and changed following ongoing feedback from different employees across the business. In regards to expectation, we are sorry to hear that you felt these were set too high but am unable to comment further without more context behind the matter.
