Pros

Working from home Making money No experience required High school education They send you equipment (that barely works)

Cons

If your power goes out or internet goes out it is your fault and you are given a penalty even if it is only out a few minutes. They can offer you a job, get you to sign everything then randomly rescind the offer without even warning you, leaving you unemployed (this has happened twice) They lower your pay whenever they want (mine has been lowered since I started) They give you no time off and if you have an emergency they penalize you They treat their employees like a number instead of a human being The managers are completely incompetent in every project and don’t do anything They provide no help or communication (it can take up to 2 weeks to get a response about an issue) The insurance they provide is terrible and doesn’t even cover prescriptions They will take advantage of you as much as possible and never promote you Their systems are all disorganized and barely work, making it nearly impossible to correctly solve issues They do not give you adequate training on any project If they can find a way to not pay you for your time, they will

Pros

Their no pros you don't get raises you have to move to OM to get a raise which is crazy and now they pay the agents min 13$ or more starting out and in some cases, they pay the agents more the coaches. I've been here 10 years from agent to coach and i don't even make over 35k and an agent starting out can make more than me which is crazy.

Cons

Good bit of the OM's is toxic to agents and coaches refuse to take feedback even though they preach you have to be open it but it doesn't work when we try to give them feedback or let them know of idea you have at that would be better for everyone. There is no work-life balance they are not affaird to tell you that and to work outside of work to get your work done that you can't get done during yur normal shift which is caused by their bad decisions or crazy days where you can get nothing done due to all the chaos going on. It wasn't as bad on site but W@H has a way to many issues and the lack of pay and respect is insane!

Pros

They talk a great game.

Cons

My interview was on 06/24/22, that same day I was given an offer letter to sign with my first day being 07/15/22. I was happy with the offer so I accepted it and quit looking for a job. After jumping through all of the hoops they asked me to for the past 3 weeks, I emailed a supervisor today 07/14/22, to let him know that I never received the link for the training class that starts tomorrow. He waited until 7 hours later at 4:50 pm to reply to the email and let me know I couldn't start tomorrow, but he made sure the recruiters still had my information and they would send me another offer when they were hiring again. Even though by this point I had been an employee for over 3 weeks. The offer letter and all of the paperwork I completed meant absolutely nothing. They didn't even have the decency to call me or even apologize. It doesn't even seem legal, they got all of my personal information, my tax information and even a background check that I never would have consented to if I would have realized that they didn't really mean it when they sent me the offer letter and told me I had the job. Thats 3 weeks I could have spent getting another job to help ensure that I don't end up homeless. As soon as I signed the offer letter, everything changed, I was never even able to talk to anyone on the phone after that point. There were signs along the way but I never imagined I was being worked over this bad. It is not a professionally run company and they have really put me in a horrible position. I am sorry for the rant but I am still in shock, I cannot believe this has happened. I was so happy to be expecting a paycheck in two to three weeks. As crazy as all of this sounds I did not leave out anything, I have no clue why they did this to me. I even went back through every correspondence I had with them, just to make sure I didnt miss anything. Please be careful when dealing with this company, it is obvious they do not care.
