Pros

Friendly coworkers. People are always trying their best. Great Opportunity for advancement due to high turn around.

Cons

No work life balance. Expect to work weekend and holiday for an office position. The job is easy even if you don't have an finance background, but your time is not valued. Salaried employee are not being valued for their skills but rather they won't get paid for extra hours. High turn around for legit reason.

Pros

High Pay, great benefits, they take a lot of pride in what they do

Cons

They have such high standards for who they hire that they are often short-staffed. For Food and Beverage positions, they will occasionally make you come in earlier and/or stay later with less than 8 hours notice.
