Pros

Corporate culture. Great training and benefits inclue free comp nights and 50% off F&B. Also, free food in the cafeteria.

Cons

Promotions - helps to know higher ups/exec. It's the hospitality industry so expect to work weekends and holidays.

Pros

Strong culture with excellent training and promotion opportunities. The company likes to promote from within. Fair salary and benefits, similar to other hotel brands of that caliber. Great service standards. Great opportunities to travel.

Cons

Not a company known for its food and beverage program... despite what they tell you. Not the right company for the chef focused on developing his skills as a culinary. Nice people but arrogant management that lacks experience outside of the four seasons
