Pros

great bennies. good people. The other managers are great and I have met wonderful people. HR is super helpful.

Cons

shity life work balance. 80=100 hour weeks in F&B. Can go months with out a day off. Use managers to fill in for line staff. Upper management dos not want to pay for full time work and works there assistant managers into the ground. They will be lucky to keep the really good people at this pace. looks like only the idiots will keep working and move up in this company. Just biding my time until I have enough years under the belt to move on.
