Pros

Best employer. The Four Seasons family is the best. From upper management to my colleagues in different sectors, I've never felt more like a true work family. I haven't had a work experience like that before, or since Four Seasons. I've always raved about my experience there. I would have continued to work with Four Seasons had the hotel not closed its doors in January 2020 due to contract extension issues. I had colleagues who worked there for as long as the hotel was open, 43 years. That is a true testament to how wonderful it was.

Cons

Not much room for promotions as there aren't many titles, at least in the food and beverage sector.
