Pros

Comp rooms if you can get them. Great reputation in the industry, growth opportunity if you are in food and beverage.

Cons

Hours in Hotel hospitality will not allow for work life balance. You will work a minimum 70 hours a week as a manager. Compensation does not equate to the hours that you will work.

Pros

The job truly is a team effort and everyone gives their 100-percent. The two managers and supervisors are great at scheduling.

Cons

The uniforms are ridiculous. Black pants in 100-degree weather is more like torture than an acceptable running uniform. Other than that, nothing.

Pros

The comp rooms are worth their weight in gold - you get to stay at any Four Seasons anywhere on the planet for free.

Cons

The low salaries offered - typical of the hospitality industry.
