Pros

You will learn from the best of the best and will get the strongest foundation in terms of hospitality training. Good benefits for hospitality industry (health, dental, etc) but don't expect to get comp nights as an employee unless you are the GM of the hotel.

Cons

Tough hours, most managers burn out within year and a half The executive committee can be pretty detached from what people actually want out of their careers, your career path is mostly focused on the needs of the hotel

Pros

The pros to working for this company are that you will be trained on the job by the best company in the world so you will be marketable after you work for FS. Decent pay compared to other brands. Good relationships with most of the other line staff and supervisors.

Cons

Work and life do not go together at the FS. Management does a lot of sitting in their office. They work long hours but the money they make to sit in an office all day and look at a computer id stay long hours to for the kind of money they make. All and all just be careful because this company will use you till your burnt out then ask for more expecting you to always say yes and they act like it's ok if you say no but really they would be mad if you said no. Just be careful!!!
