Pros

Exciting. Can be rewarding. Benefits. Employees are good people. You learn good traits.

Cons

Scheduling is very inconsistent. They don’t care about your well being. Pretentious. They will take advantage of you. They will tell you that you are replaceable. Forced to work overnights. You have to talk like a robot.

Pros

Good benefit package and pay

Cons

Everything else is horrendous, stagnation of staff, improper training, and food quality vs price is abhorrent.

Pros

-Culture is great -Mgmt is very supportive

Cons

-Despite selling company culture of "golden rule", FS is still a business that will always prioritize net profit first -Ultimately, pay is not worth effort and long hours, esp as a salaried employee
