Pros

There are really no pros in this job. The pay is horrible, the management is disgusting, the facilities are dirty, there is mold, and the health benefits are minimul.

Cons

This job and this company, specifically the Vail, Colorado location, is absolutely deranged and horrible. They do not pay their employees a livable wage, they treat them terribly, and they only care about upper management. The cafeteria has mold, the walls are crumbling, there was a sewage leak that they tried to get their employees to clean up instead of hiring a toxic waste specialist. The health benefits are horrible, and they barely pay for them, the OOP is high. William Panaretos should be investigated into how he runs this property; it is shameful.
