Pros

Free food for every shift Complimentary health, dental and vision insurance

Cons

- Poor managament. No work life balance since they only give schedule every week. - They are not hands on if you’re training… most of colleagues are young and new doesn’t know anything that much esp if you were assigned to be trained by them. And then puts you on calls / on the floor (alone) after 3 weeks with minimal knowledge - LOW pay even with experience

Pros

Luxury Hotel, good benefits, pay was ok

Cons

F&B management is a mess. They are actually clueless on how to run a restaurant. Management turn over rate is very high, around 5 months
