Pros

Lots of promises made , no follow through . Management does not care about anyone or making sure they are compensated accurately and equitably. Money missing from checks every pay period with no explanations . No work life balance .

Cons

Everything is wrong with this place , too down .

Ability to travel Ability to experience own hotels Good medical/dental/401K High standards for guest treatment/experience (but I guess that depends on how hard you want to work and your own personal standards)

Poor work/life balance Extremely unsupportive of mothers in the workplace
