You get comp nights and employee rates - comp nights are almost never available and employee rates are more expensive than any other hotel company

Cons

Very slow growth. Really outdated company culture. Pay is not great.

Employee travel perk is one of the worst in the industrt

Work for one of the best hospitality companies in the world.

Cons

The travel program sounds great when you first start, free rooms plus access to discounted rooms when the free rooms aren’t available! Great, right? Except there are barely ever any comp rooms actually available. And the discount rates? $200 per night? I actually found the same rates on booking.com for Las Vegas that were the same as our employee experience rates.
