I have felt truly valued as an individual and an employee. There is truly a respect for work/life balance, which I truly appreciate. Everyone is friendly and easy to work with.

Pros

This is a great place to work because the management makes you feel like you are one of the family and they are great at working with your schedule. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. You are given the freedom to submit ideas for improvement. I feel like I have grown so much in this position thanks to the knowledge everyone shares. This business is the type of place you can make into a career. I see myself being here long term and I love the fact that I have found a job where I don't dread coming to work.

Cons

When it is our busy season it can be a little stressful due to having strict timelines for getting deals completed and submitted to the state.
