Four Stars focuses on hard work and respect and takes care of their customers as well as their employees. There is strong servant leadership and service to others. They promote from within and cultivate growth and coaching. I’m proud and honored to be a part of this organization.

Don’t like owners wait two years get a new one

Pros

Charles is a great manager. Ryan is a great finance director.

Cons

The owner cares more about D&M leasing which he owns as well so he gives all the attention to them. Due to this the managers are forced to bend over backwards and it just kills commissions for sales.
