This is a great place to work because the management makes you feel like you are one of the family and they are great at working with your schedule. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. You are given the freedom to submit ideas for improvement. I feel like I have grown so much in this position thanks to the knowledge everyone shares. This business is the type of place you can make into a career. I see myself being here long term and I love the fact that I have found a job where I don't dread coming to work.

The family oriented environment makes for a wonderful working experience. Having always worked with other larger companies it is definitely a nice change working for a smaller in size company, You can really see how everyone all the way up to the owner, who comes in to visit frequently, care for their employees and do go above and beyond to assure everyone is treated well. Concerns are addressed if they arise, and employees are given the leeway to form their own conclusions in how to address issues that may arise during daily business. Creativity is nurtured and encouraged within the various departments. A real sense of pride comes with working for a company with owners and managers who not only care for their employees but for the community at large. All work is stressful at times, and there are days with larger amount of a workload than others but pressure to complete tasks is kept to a manageable intensity. Training for positions is self paced, and as with any job you will get out of it what you put into it.
