Pros

The greatest work environment I have ever worked in, and everyone is like family. The positivity in this workplace is key and the reason for success. Everyone you work with is excellent and it tends to rub off if you surround yourself with those that are. There is also always room for growth and promotion. Also, on the plus side great owner and amazing management.

Cons

There aren't any. simply because it's the best place to work for.

Great leadership, and good pay. Everyone is friendly and easy to work with.

I live 45 minutes away, so the drive home, sometimes gets long, and makes for an even longer day than those who live here.
