I can't think of one. You get free food sometimes.

Cons

Everything is a knee jerk reaction,No plan, they want to double their size every 5 years but they don't like to hire people. They have outsourced other departments. Listen to your employees, you are going to have service issues and quality issues if you continue on this path.

Bethpage is very high on customer service and they push to provide extordinary service to each and every member. Bethpage FCU is very appreciative of their employees and they reward their employees on a monthly basis.

Cons

I honestly don't have anything negative to say about Bethpage FCU.
