It is still better than some companies out there but this place used to be THE BEST! It is very unfortunate that it lost most of its old values.

Cons

Valuing employees was no longer a focus. Not to mention that the focus on DEI isolated me. You don’t need to money like a woman!!

As a member of the executive team, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside passionate, forward-thinking leaders who are deeply committed to our members, employees, and communities. The culture here is collaborative, transparent, and rooted in integrity. We prioritize innovation while maintaining a strong foundation of trust and service. The organization invests meaningfully in employee development, technology, and community impact. Strategic decisions are made with both agility and long-term sustainability in mind.

Cons

With growth comes complexity. As we scale, we must continue to evolve our systems and processes to maintain our agility and member-first focus. That said, the leadership team is proactive and open to change.

Incredible employee benefits, plenty of self development options, pay is pretty decent after compensation study, CEO is a wonderful woman who wants to see the entire organization succeed together

Cons

senior management below CEO is shady, too many operational changes with little to no support, hard to grow with company if you don’t know the right people, managers promoted who lack experience, professionalism, and the ability to develop their direct reports
