      Good atmosphere and work life balance Everybody works to a common goal People willing and able to share knowledge Made to feel welcome from day 1

      None so far - although the fridge could be a bit bigger!

      Great place to work always had a good time

      Was definitely a good place to work. I liked my boss he was the best. Always had a good time at work

      The only problem I seemed to face was some of the other employees. They seemed a bit stuck up

      Great staff who create miracles despite the mushroom treatment.

      Cons

      Other posts like this one "...People who joined the company with the aim of transforming the way of working or implementing structure either gave up and left or were terminated when they didn't see eye to eye with the existing management...." was exactly my experience. I received many complimentary messages when I was terminated eg "...You won’t believe I have tears in my eyes. This is not motivating us to work for fourth anymore. We had so much hopes. We never had a manager whom we liked so much and had the comfort level, most of all you gave us hopes to work differently. Don’t understand where fourth is leading.... "
