      Pros

      The Team and Managers are nice people. I do enjoy the people I immediately work with.

      Cons

      Clinton Anderson is a comically incompetent CEO. The fact he still has a job is baffling, especially when you look at how many C-Level folks he's sacrificed through the years blaming his issues on them, despite the fact he hired them. He uses a very outdated methodology and loves trying to bully folks in meetings. Has been consistently ineffective, and unehtical, in his leadership. He surrounds himself with yes men.

      Able to work with well-known restaurant brands and restaurant technology. Merit increases were paid yearly.

      Cons

      Bonuses weren't paid regularly. Not much room for growth at the company for high performing employees.

      I worked at Fourth for 7 years, its was a great place to work, lots of opportunity for progression and growth and great collegues
