Some interesting comments and observations. I dont agree with all of it but will continue to reflect - particularly on the points of a top heavy structure and internal promotions. I do feel we could be better here and whilst we do make strong efforts to equip new managers we can do better in 2019. Be interested in talking to you more about your thoughts here if you fancy it. The company genuinely care about you and the person you are. Ideas are listened to and acted upon. The culture of the company genuinely rings true with the staff they hire and bring a great work ethos.

Cons

It’s a great company but sometimes processes either lack or come in the way of thinking
