Have never joined a company that invests so much time in the welcome and induction process. Totally organised, and embraced by all involved.

Cons

A lot of intro sessions to all departments - be ready for a lot of information in the first few weeks!

A nurturing environment where you can really feel the eagerness of teams to help you succeed and develop. From day 1 I feel as though I have been set up for success and never feel as though I cannot ask anyone about anything. Incredibly fast paced organisation where no days are the same.

Cons

The location is perfect but the office space itself sometimes can feel cramped and slightly dated. The kitchen is pretty small and no canteen... but based in the west end you never really need to worry about that sort of thing :) Quite literally the only things I can not give a 10/10 score to...
