Pros

Friendly coworkers for the most part. The Plymouth Meeting location has a pleasant environment. This location is more organized and attentive than other locations. The Nurses are more than willing and happy to train. I had a great experience working with a majority of the nursing staff at Fox.

Cons

12 hour shifts, but that is a plus to some. I feel that more CNAs and Respiratory therapists are needed. The ratio is less demanding than other SNF, but each assignment of ten should have two CNAS who are paired to and required to work together. Aids do help one another on the shift, but this is often if they are friendly with one another. I feel that each patient who is on a ventilator and requires total care should have care done with at least 2 aids present at all times. Respiratory therapists are often stressed and have 20 or more patients at a time.
