      Horrible place to work

      Pros

      Most of the patients are very sweet.

      Cons

      Working environment is overwhelming - just work ed a 12 hour shift covering 34 trach patients, most of them on ventilators. Worked over 5 hours straight with no break, then was either charting, giving treatments, auctioning patients, replacing equipment, changing equipment and didn't leave until 8:00 AM!!!!!

      Nice coworkers, beautiful campus, good place to work to try to get in a hospital 12 hour shifts 7-7

      Cons

      High total care patient ratio hard heavy workload if you don't negotiate your pay your pay will be low
