Cons
Senior Management - Provides limited flexibility and control to each leader in each facet of the organization. Senior Management tends to take ownership of everything. There seems to be trust issues within Senior and Mid-Level management A majority of their development is handled overseas leading to delayed delivery dates and miscommunication in product specs and requirements.
