Pros
Good for sales people, as US and Europe market share is growing and a lot of sales and marketing staff is working on more growth by attacking Adobe and other US companies PDF business.
Cons
For technical people it's not that good, as the international company tech language is mandarin. So a lot of documentation is mandarin, technology knowledge flow is to China only, relevant managers are all Chinese people. It is immediately noticeable that this is not an international tech company. Also a lot of chaotic top-down management. Payment is not that good.
