Pros

awesome CEO decent pay Flexible timings Good food quality

Cons

AL and SC with zero Analytics experience. Any 2+ year experience holds more knowledge than so called senior manager. People principles ? A cruel joke ...i saw one manager clearly stating i am senior to you .you better listen to me ... In heated argument. Why absolute fresher from IIT holds better band than 2+ experience joinee ? Premier Institute freshers are overrated and this large gap in pay structure and promotion makes old Analyst looks miserable.(though much more skilled and talented) Tough but true.... recently many cases have been heard about humiliating environment created by manager favorism dominates everywhere... From team... type of work ...promotion. Very difficult to join a desired projects or team. Pompous middle level managers are busy with their egos. Don't even care about Analyst. HR staff ... They have absolutely no idea why and how to your questions. You just receive very vague answers.

Pros

Work culture is good. Company treats its employees well.

Cons

1. Too much freedom to analysts and little prior experience in a corporate environment means they have little know on what are fair expectations to have and when they are giving over. Some of the analysts work ethics are questionable often reporting at work at 2 pm on a daily basis. It is all one sided expectation where they themselves do not believe that a person forges his career by his own efforts and hard work. Simply say they don't self introspect. An easier way is for a bunch of people holding grudges to put a anonymous reviews here on glassdoor or put backdoor questions in an anonymous box and thus put pressure on the management. If you know you are correct, you don't have to use backdoor means. 2. Some of the leaders at the Apex do little in terms of mentoring people or contribute to the growth of the organization. They have been given absolute powers and do not care to even explain the rationale behind crucial decisions. 3. Make people at Apex contribute more to the organization growth. They need to justify their salaries. 4. Over hiring might create issues later. Hire people for the long term only keeping in mind your business growth rate.

Pros

1.Excellent work-life balance 2.CEO 3.Transparent Appraisal process

Cons

1. Cheap mentally people who get hired laterally at Lead or Consultant level and have no idea about the company culture or the kind of work which is being executed 2.These leads or consultants feels that doing hands-on work is well below their pay-grade and does not show any inclination towards learning the work and share the work-load. 3.These leads or consultants will leave at 6 pm sharp whereas the entire team of Analysts and Senior Analysts will slog till mid night 4. The 8-9 hours spent by the Leads or Consultants in the office is broken down as follows - Play online games...Skype with their spouses...Involve in back-bitching and playing politics to take away the credits of Analysts or Senior Analysts... 5.As per our CEO every employee of Fractal is first an Analyst and then his respective designation, so according to him every employee should know hands-on work. When this point was raised in one of the team meetings, one of the VP level employee said he disapproves of what the CEO preaches. (Mr. CEO, whom should we listen to - your open ended assurances or the people who call the shots in project execution and treat Analysts/Senior Analysts as slaves) 6.The biggest account of Fractal has a number of Analytics Leads and Senior Consultants who have ruined the career of I don't know how many Analysts and Senior Analysts by taking away their credit for personal growth
