      Steep and continuous learning, Exposure to a wide variety of data sets and client's ecosystem making it a great place to grown both professionally and personal skills

      Cons

      Limited cross industry exposure. Heavily service driven so very industry focused which is great but for my personal career growth limits me to a specific domain

      The company culture is solid. Better than most service-based companies out there and some of the product companies out there. WFH option might be available Option to choose your own base location (depending on your team)

      The pay to me looked lesser but still with the standards of other service based companies
