      Needs lot of improvement ! Yet to grow a lot

      Pros

      Company is growing growing growing. I heard this from years still it is same dialogue. Not bad to spend 1 year. After that not worth. In simple words difference between Fractal and Msigma is Little high pay but no learning vs Low pay but good learning. It is a short term benefit but not long term.

      Cons

      Company lacks direction. Is it heading towards consulting firm or money making reporting group ? Resignation trick works a lot. Even though people don't have outside offers, they blackmail with emotional drama. The fundamental reason is managers themselves encourage such in offline. ALs / SCs are literally dumb people and no work show off jerks. employees are not empowered to make decisions but only to listen blindly.

      Pros

      Relocation options and client communication. It is still in naive state not well established.

      Cons

      Slow learning curve. You will reach stagnant stage in few months. They neither let you grow nor go. Keep rotating doing same works. Very limited grooming and low pay checks. Indirect comments and biased views based on favoritism. Managers harassment demotivates employees.

      Good brand name in analytics space in India. The CEO. Good for entry level employees

      Cons

      Top management lacks Srikanth's (the CEO) passion. Lateral recruits given step-motherly treatment. Low growth opportunity given for people who started their career in Fractal.
