- Some good clients are available like Google and Meta

Cons

- Very low pay - Absolutely no culture - Bench period is 4 weeks. Even contract companies are better - High insurance premiums and no benefits - No streamlined structure for performance evaluation or promotions - US employees are asked to open Demat accounts in India. Stock options provided are a joke.
