      Pros

      Analytics is a high growth industry that is very exciting with lots of innovation. Fractal encourages people to step outside the box and consider new ways of doing everything. We are working on process improvements in every aspect of the company and it's fun to watch the evolution. Everyone is so nice and considerate and helps each other to learn and grow. When other companies are downsizing, this one is moving up, way up and FAST!

      Cons

      Rapid growth with lots of process improvements so things are getting better quickly and people need to be flexible and agile to keep up.

      Nothing. Its a place where you can learn how to play politics and ruin other's careers.

      Cons

      1. No value of good talent 2. CEO has no vision and all the CPOs and executive leadership will blindly follow his directive 3. This company has become like a cult with only a select few getting all the benefits despite of poor performance 4. What matters is making noise/showing how busy you are without actually delivering anything 5. Client Partners do not meet the clients and 90% of the times work out of home but will expect the team members to work out of client office 5 days a week
