      Pros

      - Visionary CEO, extremely passionate and one of the most valuable person in the analytics space or AI in general - Definitely have the potential to become a big tech company if things go right and the culture/values are not lost in the process

      Cons

      - WFO - Apparently, HC has been delaying the onboarding process for new hires for months due to lack of business or some other reasons. They have not even been provided with offer letters, even after months of training. These are fresh graduates. Saddening to see fractal reach this position. Hope the leadership steps in.
